Ecuador is a place of incredible natural beauty, and Cajas National Park outside of Cuenca is one of those places that’s tripping-over-every-pebble- in-your-path-because-you-can’t- pry-your-camera-off-your-face-stunning.
It also rather feels like your walking through the set of Lord of the Rings, like you should be ducking behind rocking watching out for the Ring Wraiths and sipping tea with Frodo.
It’s just mountain after mountain and twisted trees with a sort of raw beauty that I haven’t quite figured out how to capture yet, but wanted to share with you some of my (and Francisco’s) best attempts.
